Why We Focus on Events for Non-Profit Organizations

We believe that to be the best choice for a non-profit organization we must specialize in serving non-profits. That’s why our mission is to help good people plan great events. It’s our niche. We create unique events that help fulfill your overall mission by staying true to ours.

Play Ball!

When Major League Baseball announced that the 90th Annual All-Star Game would be hosted by the Cleveland Indians in July of 2019, coinciding with their ballpark’s 25th anniversary, the city hummed with excitement! When we started planning the American Heart Association – Cleveland’s 25th Anniversary Heart & Stroke Ball, due to take place in June of that same year, baseball could not be ignored. But how would we turn it into the perfect event theme?

HUGE thank you to PES for taking over all logistics for this event. Every gala should have a PES Team managing logistics. The strategy of letting our awesome partners do what they do best has paid off. Your recommendations have been invaluable. Katie has kept us informed and is extremely knowledgeable.

Thank you so much for having us perform at the AHA Heart Ball! We had a great time being "elegant eye candy" (we love that quote from you!) for your 700+ guests! We are grateful to work with someone so creative and visionary and who appreciates the flow arts. Thank you again for supporting local artists!

Thank you for your help over the course of the past couple months in the planning, and execution of the American Heart Association’s Heart & Stroke Ball. It was great to work with you in partnership with them. Your attention to detail and event production knowledge truly showed in the planning process, as well as the event itself. Thank you so much for running such a fantastic festival in Cleveland. Our whole team really had a wonderful experience. I was so proud to share "A Kingdom, A Chasm" in Public Square, and be a part of the audience that gathered there. Many thanks to you and the whole BorderLight crew for all your work, for creating such an incredible festival, and for including us this year. It was really an honor and a delight to work with you all.

Gail is a star and will make the most out of your event. She manages volunteers wonderfully and will tackle any issues that may arise during your event like a true pro. From technical issues to aesthetic adjustments, Gail jumps in and gets things on track. Plus, she is a blast to hang out with and gets it done. I HIGHLY recommend her.
