Planning the 20th Anniversary Go Red for Women Luncheon Event

A Team Event Planning Effort from Start to Finish

As Palmer Event Solutions celebrates the 20th Anniversary Go Red for Women Luncheon with the American Heart Association (AHA), we’re proud to reflect on the hard work, collaboration, and strategic planning that brought this meaningful event to life. This milestone wasn’t just a celebration – it was a complex production requiring a committed team and an intricate network of partners, all working together to make a powerful impact:

Navigating Complexity with Expertise and Teamwork: The 20th-anniversary luncheon was no ordinary event. Our team at Palmer Event Solutions coordinated closely with the AHA’s team and a lineup of venue and vendor partners to manage the unique challenges this event presented. From honoring 20 Women of Impact across various fields to showcasing a deeply personal story of a young heart survivor, every detail required careful planning and flawless execution. We made sure that each piece of this complex puzzle came together seamlessly, because that’s what we do best—turning ambitious visions into exceptional event experiences.

Collaborating to Tell Powerful Stories: One of the event’s most moving moments came from the story of an infant who overcame congenital heart failure. Working alongside the AHA team, we helped create an environment where this story could resonate deeply with attendees, underscoring the importance of awareness and community support. Our job was to ensure this story was honored, and that the message of hope, resilience, and the AHA’s life-saving mission was at the forefront of the experience.

Celebrating 100 Years of the American Heart Association’s Legacy: This year’s event was especially significant, as it also marked the AHA’s 100th anniversary. Celebrating a century of heart health advocacy and research required a thoughtful approach to blend legacy with a fresh and memorable guest experience. Through our collaborative approach and dedication to detail, we honored this milestone by creating an environment that highlighted the AHA’s past achievements and its commitment to future generations.

There is no “i’ in “team”: Putting together an event of this scale is never a solo adventure – it takes a team. Our event curators are logistics experts, and every member of Palmer Event Solutions was integral to this success. We worked closely with our partners in every area  – venue, audio-visual, catering, and more  – to ensure a flawless execution. The result? An impactful, polished event that reflected the mission and heart of the AHA, made possible through our collaborative and strategic expertise.

At Palmer Event Solutions, we’re not just event planners; we’re partners in making a difference. The 20th Anniversary Go Red for Women Luncheon is one more success story in our ongoing commitment to helping our clients create memorable and mission-driven events.
